Beaufort Vintage Reserve 2021 — Ça Beautage

Ça Beautage is a blend of Beaufort grown Marechal Foch, Leon Millot and Lucie Kuhlmann. These hybrid French varieties work perfectly in our cool climate as they consistently ripen  early. The wine is an expressive red delivering intense colour in the glass, alongside ripe blackberry and black cherry aromas and soft tannins.  It spent 9 days on skins before being pressed off and moved to a combination of American and French oak barrels to age for 12 months.
